    SECTION G: CONTRACT BETWEEN BEAUTY & MAKE-UP PROFESSIONALS, SPONSOR & LEARNER

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

    • All particulars given by me in this form are true and correct.

    • As part of induction, I will acquaint myself with the rules & regulations, policies & procedures
      of Beauty & Make-up Professionals Academy and will abide by them.

    • .I waive any claim against Beauty & Make-up Professionals resulting from any act or omission
      on me during my commitments required for this programme.

    • I accept responsibility for the care and safekeeping of all Beauty & Make-up Professionals
      property (including but not restricted to books & notes) issued to me for my training.

    • I will inform BMUPS in writing should I change my address or contact details.

    • I am aware that my enrolment is valid only if it complies with the relevant regulations at
      BMUPS, notwithstanding provisional acceptance of this enrolment by the Academy.

    • I am aware that fees and legal costs will be recovered from me should I fail to timeously
      fulfill my financial commitments towards the Beauty & Make-up Professionals Academy.

    • I accept full responsibility and liability for the payment of all fees on their due dates.

    • I will not claim compensation for photos taken, voices used, student participation in functions
      etc. and accept that photos used for publicity reasons will be the property of BMUPS.

    • According to our rules and regulations, we would like to emphasise that all communication,
      except for financial matters, will be directly with the learner, and not with the sponsor.

    • Progress reports will be issued to the learner for the sponsor to acknowledge and sign.

    • Education, tuition & assessments will cease should accounts fall into arrears and under
      no circumstances will certificates be issued until full & final payment has been received.

    • Learners are bound by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures as set down by
      Beauty & Make-up Professionals (PTY) Ltd and the associated disciplinary measures
      in the case of non-compliance

    • Final Beauty & Make-up Professionals Integrated Summative Assessment re-writes are
      charged at R250.00 per paper.

    • Incorrect spelling of name or I.D. on this submission form, may result in certificates
      being incorrectly printed. Reprinting of certifcates will hold a surcharge of R250

    TERMS & CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO ALL PAYMENTS

    • Please read and familiarise yourself with Annexure A - Contract pertaining to payments

    • You are obliged to ensure that every part of every document is fully understood.

    • In this regard should you require any further interpretations or explanations,
      please consult members of Beauty & Make-up Professionals Leadership team, or your
      own trusted counsel.

    • No variation, modification or waiver of any provision hereof shall be of any force and
      effect, unless reduced to writing and signed by both parties.

    The following are additional but not compulsory costs for the learner to consider:

    • Development of case studies, portfolio, consultation cards and other
      administration requirements, which involve the cost of photocopies and binding as
      well as development and presentation of work.

    • All product house purchases which are optional, and NOT COMPULSORY.

    • International Assessments:

    • Payment for the international awarding body exams.

    • Payments for these examinations are to be paid no later than the date specified
      at each course intake.

    • Classes are a mixture of synchronous, asynchronous & blended learning.

    Person Responsible for Payment:

    I hereby confirm that I have read and understand contract and understood the terms and conditions as set out in the above contract and understand that I am responsible and am committed to the full payment for the following learner. I understand that fees are refundable nor transferable upon cancellation at any stage after signature hereof and shall be retained as damages/penalty.

    pages of this contract.
